I offer virtual weekly individual therapy and EMDR therapy to residents of New York. I also provide monthly or bimonthly clinical supervision to mental health counselors in New York.

I am an out-of-network provider. I will submit claims on your behalf to your insurance, and depending on your out-of-network benefits you will receive a refund from your insurance company. Before starting our work together, I will do a complimentary benefits check so you have a clear idea of what your insurance will cover and what you can expect to pay. Many insurance companies will cover 60-70% of costs.

I offer weekly and biweekly therapy, but recommend that we start with weekly therapy to fully assess needs and start building our therapeutic relationship. After some time together, we can reassess and see if biweekly therapy is a better fit for you.
There is also a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means all cancellations and reschedules must occur at least 24 hours ahead of our session in order to avoid a missed session fee.

EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy is a trauma treatment rooted in the belief that bilateral stimulation desensitizes us to traumatic memories. Bilateral stimulation can look like moving your eyes back and forth or having headphones on and hearing a ping alternate in each ear. These sensations are activating alternating sides of your brain. When you pair this with processing a traumatic memory, we find that the memory becomes less distressing and we are able to fully process and heal through our trauma.

IFS, or Internal Family Systems, is an evidence-based therapy built on the idea that the mind is naturally made up of different "parts.” Some parts may protect you, others may carry pain from past experiences, and still others may show up in ways that feel confusing or hard to control. In our work together, we will get to know your parts with curiosity rather than judgment, understanding why they developed and what they have been trying to do for you. IFS helps you build a relationship with your parts and, in doing so, create more harmony and ease within your inner world.

AEDP, or Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, is a relationally focused, evidence-based therapy rooted in the belief that healing happens in the context of a safe, supportive relationship. In our work together, we will gently explore the defenses and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while creating the conditions for real emotional transformation to happen within the session itself. AEDP is experiential, meaning we work with what arises in the present moment. The goal is not only to reduce distress but to move toward greater confidence, clarity, and connection with yourself and others.
