What we offer

Individual Therapy

I provide weekly individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth, available to residents throughout New York State. My approach is integrative, drawing from several evidence-informed modalities including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational therapy, and psychodynamic. I pull from these approaches based on what each client needs, prioritizing the therapeutic relationship as a core vehicle for healing.

EMDR Therapy

I offer weekly 60-minute EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy sessions via secure telehealth, available to residents throughout New York State. EMDR is an evidence-based approach that uses bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) to help the brain reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional charge and allowing for deeper healing. It is particularly effective for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other experiences that feel stuck or unresolved. Book a consultation to explore whether EMDR is a good fit for you, or learn more about the approach here.

Clinical Supervision

I provide virtual clinical supervision to licensed mental health counselors in New York State. Sessions are 60 minutes and offered monthly or bimonthly via secure video. Our work together may include case consultation, exploring your clinical approach, working through ethical questions, and supporting your development as a practitioner. I bring the same integrative, relational lens I use in my clinical work into supervision, creating a space that is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and growth-oriented.
